Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These placeholder terms outline the expected rules for use of BrokerMate’s website and future services.
Using the service
Customers must provide accurate business information, use the service lawfully, maintain required permissions and consents, and avoid misleading, abusive, or unlawful communications.
Messaging and consent
Customers are responsible for their calling and messaging practices, including applicable consent, disclosure, and recordkeeping requirements. Opt-out requests must be honored.
Lead qualification and human review
Automated conversations can assist with gathering and organizing information, but they do not replace professional judgment. Customers remain responsible for reviewing leads and deciding how to respond.
Bookings
BrokerMate may support links or integrations with booking systems. An appointment is not confirmed unless a connected booking system provides confirmation. Availability and scheduling remain controlled by the relevant business.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the service develops. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Fees, warranties, and liability
Final commercial terms, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms will be set in the applicable customer agreement. No performance, revenue, response, or booking result is guaranteed.
